Event Planner Description: An event coordinator is logistically focused but on a shorter timeline than a planner. They usually begin helping you prepare a month before the wedding or event and function as the point person on the special day. Event Coordinator Duties: -Meets with you four to eight weeks before the event to get a handle on what you've planned thus far. -Checks in with your vendors to review the signed contracts and confirm logistics. -Creates detailed timelines and floor plan Punctuality is the goal, so Inoubliable Event Services LLC will be there on the day of the event to guarantee that all vendors are present, on time and event details are to the exact liking of the client.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your consultation, please call the company within 72 hours to avoid anymore charges. The deposit for the consultation booking is non-refundable and the client is subject to $25.00 charge if no effort to cancel is made within the 72 hours time frame.
