A coordinator will keep track of your budget and handle the logistics. 1. Provides vendor referrals and negotiates contracts; schedules and attends all vendor meetings. 2. Creates detailed timelines and floor plans. 3. Helps determine and manage your budget. 4. Attends site tours and menu tastings. 5. Brainstorms -Venues: Ceremony and Reception -Decorator: 2 choices -DJ -Host -Limo Services -Makeup Artists -Hairstylists -Hotel: 2 choices -Photographer and Videographer -Catering Services of choice(price varies) -Wedding Rehearsal Punctuality is the goal, so Inoubliable Event Services LLC will be there on the day of the event to guarantee that all vendors are present, on time and event details are to the exact liking of the client.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your consultation, please call the company within 72 hours to avoid anymore charges. The deposit for the consultation booking is non-refundable and the client is subject to $25.00 charge if no effort to cancel is made within the 72 hours time frame.
